The first rider to leave Seattle and arrive in Bellingham will be
awarded the sum of $100.
The departure point will be the Magnusson Park public boat launch in Seattle, WA
The arrival point will be Squalicum Harbor in Bellingham, WA
The mode of travel must be via personal watercraft, aka Jet Ski. No other forms of transportation may be used between the start and finish other than Jet Ski, swimming, and walking.
All fees, expenses, and liability are accepted by the contestants. The wager is purely personal and does not confer any legitimacy to the event.
The individual providing the wager will be the final and only arbiter of success and victory conditions. They must be present at departure and may designate an agent to represent them at the arrival point.
